Metal Fabrication
Custom Metal Fabrication
Cutting, forming and welding raw steel into the part your project actually needs.
Metal Fabrication overview
Fabrication is where a measurement becomes a part. We take dimensions, drawings, a photo of a broken component or a rough sketch, and turn it into finished steel, stainless or aluminum that fits the opening it was made for.
Most of the work we fabricate is one-off: a frame that has to clear existing plumbing, a bracket that no supplier stocks, a rack sized to the exact bay it lives in. Because we also install what we build, the part is designed around how it will actually be mounted.
What this includes
Cutting and forming
Plate, tube, angle, channel and bar cut and formed to size in steel, stainless and aluminum.
Build to measurement
We field-measure the real opening or mounting point instead of assuming the drawing matches the building.
Finish work
Welds ground and blended where they will be seen, with primer or paint prep so the piece is ready for its environment.
Fabrication plus installation
We deliver and install what we fabricate, which keeps responsibility for fit in one place.
